This policy explains what information the SlimeSlime mobile application ("SlimeSlime", "the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. SlimeSlime is developed and published by CooperCo ("we", "us").
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. Gameplay data (best distance, coin balance, equipped slime skin and hats, tutorial completion, sound preference) is stored locally on your device only using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any server.
SlimeSlime displays banner advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve, cap, measure, and attribute ads, the AdMob SDK may collect the following information from your device:

You can limit or disable ad personalization at any time:
SlimeSlime is suitable for players aged 9 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child under that age has provided information to us — for example via the contact email above — please contact us and we will delete it.

Because SlimeSlime collects no personal data directly, most of these requests will be directed to Google (as data controller for AdMob). For questions about gameplay data stored on your device, you can exercise the right of erasure by deleting the app from your device.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. SlimeSlime does not sell or share personal information in exchange for money. Requests can be directed to contact@cooperco.tech.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained by Google in accordance with its own retention policies. Data stored locally by SlimeSlime on your device remains until you uninstall the app or manually reset it from the in-app Settings screen.
SlimeSlime does not transmit personal data over the network itself. Data handled by Google AdMob is transmitted over industry-standard TLS encryption to Google's servers.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SlimeSlime after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
